The team is ages 12+ and all abilities are welcome to come and join. The first session is Thursday 29th February, with other sessions of 14th March and 4th April, at Southwell Leisure Centre in the Sports Hall 5-6pm.

The sessions are free, and lets be honest, everything is better free!
