Senior Nets Programme for 2007

2007 Nets

Happy New Year to you all. I hope that you have all had a good Christmas and New Year.

I thought that I would drop you all a line with some dates for your diaries.

This year we have decided to have our winter nets at the new complex that has been built at Welbeck Cricket Club. The complex is brand new, built to ECB regulations and it is being run by Darren Bicknell. We chose this facility because they could offer us 2 lanes together at the same time unlike Trent Bridge, also the cost is better than Trent Bridge.  We have also been able to get, what I think is, a more sociable time of 8:00pm til 9:00p.m.

We have booked our winter nets for the 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the season.
Thursday the 22nd of March at 8:00p.m. is our first net and then we net for the following 5 Thursdays with the last being on the 26th of April.

As most of you are aware, Welbeck Cricket Club has relocated. It is now situated just off the A60 between Mansfield Woodhouse and Market Warsop.
For those of you who use "Sat Nav", "Multimap", etc, the post code is NG19 8LL.

Please make every effort to attend as many of the net sessions as possible so that we can go in to the season as well prepared as possible.

So from now until then :
Mitch, do not punch anything that is likely to break your hand.
        Ciabatti, get your back sorted.
Wrighty, if you are the Steve Wright in Ipswich, get yourself a very good lawyer.

Cheers
Rim.
