Rota for Duty Committee Person

Duties of Duty Committee Person

bulletTo ensure boundary line is marked out.
bulletTo ensure clubroom is clean and tidy. (Note – Player on Pavilion Duty will still be responsible for ensuring toilets, changing rooms, umpires room are clean and tidy.)
bulletTo be responsible for the bar during the game. (Note – Player on Bar Duty will take over responsibility after the game.)
bulletTo help the Captain organise other duties to be carried out by the players e.g. scorebox, stumps, boundary flags, fence around the square etc.
bulletTo help organise a warm up before the start of the game.
bulletTo be available before and during the game to ensure everything runs smoothly and allows the Captain to concentrate on the game.

NOTE :  If the Duty Committee Person cannot carry out the duties on their allocated date, it is their responsibility to ensure they find someone who can.

Player’s Rotas

Bar Duty  Pavilion Duty 
1. Prepare cash sheet 1. Clean both changing rooms before the game.
2. Serve drinks  & clean glasses throughout the evening 2. Clean, hoover and dust the pavilion
3. Cash up and complete cash sheet 3. Ensure kitchen is clean and tidy (glasses washed and put away)
4. Tidy the bar/pavilion and lock up 4. Check that toilets are clean and stocked with toilet paper
5. If you need to leave early, then arrange for someone to take over  
6. Once the pavilion is closed for the evening then it should not be re-opened.
